Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Job Location: Upper Marlboro, MD

Job Duties: Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements for computer hardware products; prepare and submit sales contracts for orders; contact new and existing customers to discuss how specific computer hardware products can meet their needs; inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts and warranties regarding purchased products; answer customers' questions about computer hardware products, prices, availability, and credit terms; provide customers with ongoing technical support; prepare sales proposals to explain specifications of computer hardware products.

Requirements: Position requires Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Science. Position also requires at least 6 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of Technical Support Specialist. The required experience must have been gained in a company doing business in computer hardware industry.
